Cancellation Policy

Guide Trips:

I understand events and situations may arise prior to your guide trip after booking. I will do my best to work with you and get you on the water catching fish.

Included as part of the total payment there will be a nonrefundable $150.00 per day deposit and New York guide trips will be $250.00 per day deposits. Guide trips are eligible for refund if the individual makes notification wishing to cancel the trip 14 days prior to the start of their scheduled trip. If the arrangement to cancel the trip is not made before or on the 14th day before, the trip is nonrefundable and subjected to rescheduled only.

If an individual wishes to reschedule their guide trip it also must be done 14 days prior to the first day of their trip.

Custom Orders and Lure Purchases:

Due to special ordering and supplies used a restocking fee of $5.00 will be deducted per item from custom order totals if the order is canceled. If you are unhappy with your lure and you wish to return a lure or lures it must be in new, and unused condition and buyer will be responsible for shipping. A return or exchange will need to be initiated within a 30-day window from the time you purchased the items.I take pride in my lure painting and will do my best to work with you for any returns so that you can have the best experience on and off the water with your purchase!
